Impact Clay functions as a clearinghouse, uniting the efforts of private, public, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations to address critical social service needs in Clay County. By collecting, distributing, and coordinating resources and information, we enhance the quality of life for all residents. Through our projects that mobilize resources and cultivate partnerships, we work towards a vision where every resident has access to the support they need to thrive. Our collaborative efforts aim to build a stronger, more resilient Clay County where everyone can enjoy an improved quality of life.

Our Mission: At Impact Clay, we strive to improve the quality of life for all residents of Clay County. By linking the private, public, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors, we create a collaborative environment that maximizes resources and promotes shared accountability and decision-making. Our Project Advisory Council offers a platform for diverse stakeholders to engage in dialogue, make shared decisions, and use available resources efficiently to drive projects to successful conclusions.

Our Projects: Impact Clay oversees various projects that demonstrate our role as a clearinghouse. We support initiatives such as the College Drive Initiative, which aims to enhance local amenities and community engagement around College Drive and Food for Clay County, a central hub which supports local food pantries. These projects demonstrate our commitment to mobilizing resources and advancing partnerships to address specific community needs. Impact Clay Programs

Impact Clay Train
The Impact Clay Train is a dynamic volunteer program designed to engage the community in meaningful service opportunities that directly contribute to the well-being and resilience of Clay County. This initiative mobilizes volunteers from various sectors—public, private, nonprofit, and faith-based—to participate in community-driven projects. By facilitating a spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility, the Impact Clay Train ensures that residents are actively involved in shaping a better future for their community. Through regular training, volunteer opportunities, and hands-on projects, the program not only addresses immediate needs but also builds a robust network of engaged citizens ready to respond to any challenge.

Recovering Clay
Recovering Clay is our comprehensive disaster recovery and preparedness initiative. Recognizing the vulnerability of our community to natural disasters, particularly hurricanes, this program is designed to ensure rapid and effective response in times of crisis. Recovering Clay brings together key stakeholders, including local government, nonprofits, businesses, and volunteers, to develop and implement a cohesive disaster response plan. Through pre-disaster planning, resource allocation, and boots-on-the-ground volunteer services, Recovering Clay aims to minimize the impact of disasters and expedite the recovery process, helping residents and businesses return to normalcy as swiftly as possible. This initiative embodies our commitment to building a resilient Clay County, prepared to face and overcome any adversity.
