Project Partners

Impact Clay Project Partners Program

Impact Clay's Project Partners initiative is designed to facilitate collaborative projects that address the crucial social service needs of families, individuals, and children in Clay County. By linking the private, public, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors, Impact Clay proactively improves the community through these partnerships. Each year, new projects are introduced by local nonprofits at the Executive Roundtable Event, where representatives from each sector and key policy makers collaborate to address community needs.

Mission Statement

The Project Partners program of Impact Clay aims to connect community organizations across various sectors to collaboratively address social service needs in Clay County. Through these partnerships, we enable sustainable, impactful projects that enhance the quality of life for families, individuals, and children.

Vision Statement

We envision a Clay County where collaborative efforts across all sectors empower our community to address social challenges proactively. By uniting diverse stakeholders, we aim to create a healthier, more connected, and resilient community.

Goals

1. Facilitate Collaborative Projects:
Encourage partnerships across sectors that address crucial community needs through impactful, sustainable projects.

2. Strengthen Community Problem Solving: Promote dialogue, shared decision-making, and accountability among stakeholders at both policy and implementation levels.

3. Maximize Community Resources:
Leverage the resources and expertise of private, public, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors to drive projects to successful outcomes.

4. Enhance Community Engagement:
Build a culture of involvement and shared responsibility among community members and organizations, ensuring projects align with community needs.

Outcomes

    Through the Executive Roundtable Event, the program facilitates dialogue and joint problem-solving, resulting in actionable plans and shared accountability among stakeholders.

    The program maximizes the use of available resources by coordinating efforts across sectors, reducing duplication, and enhancing the impact of each project.

    Projects initiated through the program address crucial social service needs, resulting in measurable improvements in the lives of families, individuals, and children in Clay County.

     

  • Accountable and Transparent Processes:
    The program encourages shared decision-making and accountability, ensuring projects align with community needs and deliver tangible benefits.

    By leveraging the strengths of each sector, Project Partners create lasting changes in the community, contributing to a healthier, more resilient, and connected Clay County.

Applications to participate in the Project Partners program are due each October, followed by a thorough vetting process to ensure alignment with Impact Clay’s mission. Selected projects are introduced at the Executive Roundtable Event, where stakeholders work together to plan and implement solutions for the most pressing social service needs in the community.
